Mine gas(coal bed gas) is the most important factor that causes the mine accident, the mine gas accident frequency, but the gas is the important clean energy. In recent years, the sustained and rapid growth of national economy in our country is increasing, the coal resources is the main energy in our country, so the coal industry in recent years has sustained high speed development, the mining conditions are also increasingly complex. With the increase of mining intensity and the depth of mining, the frequency of gas accident in coal mine is increasing, which has caused serious threat to the safety of coal mine and the life safety of coal mine workers. 40201 working face is the group’s first coal mine of Binchang Xiaozhuang high caving working face, the main mining coal seam is 4# low permeability high gas coal seam of high gas and low permeability gas comprehensive management of thick coal seam working face is a major research topic concerning the overall safety of mine production, the mine like mining condition has a very important guidance and reference role.Is of great significance for the comprehensive gas control caving coal mining in thick coal seam was studied. The research on gas treatment technology of working face in the mine production process for coal mining face tall, high yield, large amount of gas emission and working face advance speed under the condition of the high technology research project of Jiangsu mining, new technologies and new methods in this paper, and actively explore the gas disaster in coal mine, based on the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, to determine the gas control measures, to ensure the safe and efficient mine production.This paper is on the basis of previous gas migration law and a large number of gas control on the basis of the study, on the basis of mining, mine pressure theory, gas dynamics, coal mine gas prevention and control theory, the use of a large number of computer numerical simulation technology(FLAC3D, FLUENT, COMSOL) and field industrial test method research, stope gas migration and gas drainage mining technology, completed from the investigation and determination of gas parameter, gas emission and migration regularity analysis and induction, extraction technology design and effect inspection work, provides a scientific theoretical and practical experience for the safe production of high working face 40201 mining. This paper mainly studied the time and space destruction of coal and gas in coal mining area, and the law of gas drainage and accumulation in the process of working face mining.
