So, it is very urgent for the intelligent control of sewing equipment in the sewing industry.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the traditional intelligent control of sewing equipment, refining the control method of the sewing equipments have in common, using the design method of modular, focusing on the designment of a unified system control platform, this unified platform can be adapted to all kinds of Industrial sewing machines. Using ARM as the central processor, using color LCD to display, and the touch screen to input in the interface of the man-machine. Compared to the traditional interface of the man-machine by buttons, this interface of man-machine is more beautiful, more friendly, more flexible. The control platform is used DSP+FPGA as the core chip, this method can drive subordinate motor as many as six and one AC servo motor,control much more functional modules,such as IO. The method of hardware design has more integrated and flexible, so it can improve the reliability of the system and satisfy the much more needs of the market. The control method of the AC servo motor in the part of motion is that the processor is used DSP of high-performance, rotary encoder and current sensor is used feedback, IPM is used inverter. Using the Stepper motor to realize the Closed loop control, which can solve the problem of motor shocks and step loses, finally it improves the performance of the stepper motor.
