In this paper, using Ti Cl4 as raw material, the preparation of nanometer Ti O2 by hydrolysis precipitation method, and use multi pore structure of diatomite adsorption on nano Ti O2, load for preparation of diatomite/Ti O2 composite photocatalyst. And added it into the MMA suspension polymerization system, then discuss its application. In this thesis, MMA as monomers, paraffin as phase change material, BPO as initiator, diatomite/Ti O2 composite powder as dispersing agent and adsorbent,using the suspension polymerization method to prepare composite.First, Based on the factors affecting the reaction and diatomite Ti Cl4 hydrolysis load design five groups of experiments, the reaction temperature, p H value were studied respectively,(NH4)2SO4, diatomite dosage, roasting temperature on the product properties and structure. Through XRD, UV-vis, TGA, FT-IR, SEM and other methods to characterize the structure and properties of the sample. Second, on the basis of the factors affecting suspension polymerization and composite phase change properties of the three groups of experiments were investigated, the reaction temperature, the amount of wax, the amount of diatomite/Ti O2 composite powder. By thermal cycling stability analysis of stability and durability of composite material. Investigate the phase transition properties of composite materials by step cooling curve test; using FT-IR to carry on the analysis to the structure of composite materials; using UV visible spectrophotometer composite inquiry on the preparation of methyl orange degradation effect.The results showed that:(1) SEM analysis showed that, diatomite adsorption of Ti O2 is good, good to improve the dispersion of the nano Ti O2; FT-IR analysis confirmed these results, that most of the Ti O2 are diatomite adsorption, the load effect; TGA analysis showed that, the test temperature is 0-800℃, composite photocatalyst weight loss rate is only 5%, diatomite/Ti O2 composite photocatalysis agent had good thermal stability.(2) The results show that: when the reaction temperature is 65℃, paraffin was 7g, diatomite /Ti O2 composite powder dosage is 1g, the structure of composite materials is stable and have excellent performance. Dry heat stability test, the mass loss rate was 11.4% after 5h, mass loss test 5h hydrothermal stability rate was 7.8% after 6 cycles, the thermal cycling test, the mass loss rate of 6.8%. UV visible spectrophotometer test showed that 2g(8g/L) composite materials for 250 m L(20mg/L) methyl orange solution 120 min degradation rate reached 93.15%. FT-IR analysis showed that, both body and structure of diatomite/Ti O2 composite powder with paraffin in composite materials.
