Sino-Russian Trade Structure Optimization

The trade between Russia and China has obtained the breakthrough under theground of the world trade integration and China-Russia partnership. And will get theprospect for a more development.But there is a defect that import and exportcommodity structures too concentrate. Our traditional products which have moreadvantage but lack of long-term competitiveness. The trade unbalance of China-Russiaresults in trade deficit. Inter-industry trade is dominant in international trade structure,which slows the moving of intra-industry trade and the both trades cannot be adjusted oroptimized. So the study of China-Russia trade structure will make much sense for itstrade development. What is here talked about will analysis objectively the factor ofrestricting China-Russia trade structure optimization and give some suggestions throughthe theories of comparative advantage, factor endowment and trade structureoptimization with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. For the trade policy,we should build and develop further strategic partnerships, and improve the foreigntrade and industry policy, and create a fair trade environment. For the industry structure,the traditional comparative advantage should be changed faster to the leading industryand pay attention to strategic industries. For the investment, optimization strategyshould be taken for the investment between Russia and China. For the technology, thecapacity of technological innovation should be enhanced, especially the investment toadvanced and green technology. And establish a China-Russia economic and technicalcooperation zone.
