However along with food demand doubled background, acute shortage of supply capacity of food cold chain logistics in China, Although our government has invested a lot of manpower and material resources on the construction of logistics infrastructure, logistics infrastructure of our country as a whole has improved, However, up to now, cold chain transport, storage capacity is still unable to meet the needs of a growing demand for. This article from the current status and mode of development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China, and combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, An analysis on cold chain logistics markets of agricultural products in Shanghai, and made Shanghai an integrated cold chain logistics mode and its development countermeasure and suggestion of agricultural products, with a view to improving the quality of agricultural products in Shanghai, some help reduce the damage rate of agricultural products.In this paper, the concept and features about cold chain logistics of agricultural products are introduced first. It also analyses the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products both in China and in other countries in detail and the mode of cold chain logistics of agricultural products both of America and of Japan. Combined with data, it analyses the environment for Shanghai to develop cold chain logistics of agricultural products and the supply and demand market. Then it analyses four existing modes of cold chain logistics of agricultural products. On this basis, it gives out a mode of cold chain logistics of agricultural products under the management of VMI. From the perspective of cost control, it proposes a model for agricultural products inventory-transportation integrated optimization under the management of VMI and identified demand to determine the best order quantity and order cycle. In such condition the total cost of inventory and transportation is lowest. Finally, combined with the analysis of the cold chain market in Shanghai, it gives out seven suggestions to benefit the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products. |
