Business intelligence is the hot topic of information technology at present, and is the key way for enterprise to use information technology to improve management, and also become one of the enterprise’s core management systems.the environment of native enterprises to implement enterprise business intelligence is becoming increasingly mature, but there isn’t still a standardized and effective project management method to accord with business intelligence project characteristics, this also is the primary reason that many enterprises failed to operate business intelligence system project.
