| With the rapid development of network and the advent of information age, more and more people obtain information and give comments through the internet. The rapid development of the Internet has not only greatly improved the speed and breadth of the word-of-mouth information dissemination, but also strengthened the influence of word-of-mouth. Thus, entrepreneurs and researchers are paying much attention to online word-of-mouth. In recent years, some domestic travel sites have launched hotel booking platforms one by one. Hotel reviews on these platforms provide the relevant information for customers to choose hotels, and also offer customers aplatform for inter-communication. This thesis focuses on the budget hotels which have a booming development. By analyzing the content of600online reviews on Shanghai budget hotels from lvping.com, this study concluded that customers of budget hotels are most concerned about several subjects. Finally, this thesis gave some advice on hotel improvement and online word-of-mouth marketing to budget hotel managers. |
