Nowadays, Increasedurbanization continues to promote the development of the property managementindustry, which will make a constant development and improvement for Propertyrecords management to play its fundamental role in property management. Startingfrom the entire social background, this paper Analysis and illustrates the necessity andthe presence of the development of the property records management. Through a lot ofstatistics and analysis, I have clarified the process of property records management andafter some research I have understood the current problems about Property recordsmanagement. Property records management in china is not so perfect, not only in thefield of Institutional systems but also in the field of personnel quality and the facilitiesand equipments, which means, it needs guidance from National Archives agencies andthe cooperation from the staff of property records management to improve the propertyrecords management. This paper according to the problems analyzed above, proposessome strategies to improve property records management, aiming to make propertyrecords management more standard and more efficient, so as to adapt to thedevelopment of property records management and the urbanization.
