| Abstract:Reliability analysis and design is an important mean to ensure the quality and safety of mechanical products.As the digital product design tools,3D CAD/CAE software plays a significant role in product reliability analysis and design. The paper takes convenient achievement of product reliability analysis and design in3D CAD/CAE software as research mentality, and the mechanical product reliability analysis and design methods are carried out.The specific contents are as follows:The FMECA method and the quantitative method for solving structural reliability are studied in product reliability analysis and design. The steps and analysis process, implementation of the product FMECA are stated. The structural reliability of the three methods for solving commonly used are introduced that based on the structure reliability "stress-strength interference" model.The three-dimensional digital modeling and simulation analysis capabilities of the commonly used3D CAD/CAE software are studied. Using the SolidWorks as example, the digital modeling function of3D CAD software is analyzed.Using the ANSYS as example, the finite element reliability analysis co-simulation and probabilistic finite element numerical simulation function of3D CAE software are analyzed.On this basis, product reliability analysis integration programs, which are realized in3D CAD/CAE software environment, are raised.Through the study of the FMECA related theory and the SolidWorks secondary development technology, the feasibility of integrated the FMECA reliability analysis module in the SolidWorks software platform is demonstrated. By analyzing the demand of the FMECA software, the software architecture, the control flow and database are designed. Using the VB.NET and the SolidWorks API as development tool, the FMECA reliability analysis tool-SW-FMECA which based on the SolidWorks software is developed.And the FMECA reliability analysis capabilities in3D CAD software environment is realized.Besides, the3D CAD/CAE software environment for mechanical reliability analysis program is improved. The methods of reliability analysis and design of quantitative structure strength of the parts under the ANSYS environment are studied. The random input variables and their distribution method for determining in the parts reliability quantitative analysis are summarized. The process of the parts structure reliability analysis and design in the ANSYS environment are summed up.The. solving methods, the Monte-Carlo numerical simulation and the response surface numerical simulation method, are studied in the ANSYS environment.Then the sampling methods, implementation process and the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are analyzed.Finally,the conclusion by experimental examples to verified. |
