Retail market is booming all over the world in recent decades, almost10%theworld top500in2002are retail companies, they become the second to the bankingindustry. At present, retail industry have to face great challenges, a variety of formatscompetition intensifies, human, rent and other operating costs rising too fast, and etc.impact the retail industry.POS, ERP, BW, SCM and CRM and others has been greatly expanded the scope ofinformation management system of retail enterprises. However, how to make use of theinformation system of fast, accurate for goods category gross margin, such as sales,sales forecast and management decision making related to key business data analysis;How to achieve the integration of financial and business issues such as retail industry isstill need to face and solve the problem.Based on the above the problems and the status of sales information system forretail industry, through the unification and collectivization management idea combinedthe technology of software design and realization of retail sales system. Help retailenterprise improve the management level, reduce operating costs and improve marketcompetitiveness.First of all, start comprehensive research and analysis of specific problems anddifficulties for retail enterprises. Secondly, according to these problems and difficulties,design sales system frame structure and functional module. Through the SAP RetailERP+SAP BW+stores system architecture, implementation: sales system, financialsystem, purchasing system, settlement management, inventory management system,BW data analysis and integrated solutions. Finally, system development, systemintegration testing and end user testing, verify the feasibility of scheme successfully andhelp retail enterprises to improve the management level and enhance competitiveness inthe market.
