TV talent show is popular in China in recent years, although its industrialization and marketization are in an encouraging step on the road, but compared with similar foreign programs, there are many problems such as shorter the life period, more negative news, and the long-term ratings is not high. Looking from the history of TV talent show in China, as an item of media products, the reality TV talent show developed as wave-like. In a seven years of rapid development in China, TV talent show appeared two highs and one low. Because the circle from development to fade away of talent show is short, so its sustained profitability has certain risk. If you want to keep long life and high ratings, audience viewing behavior must be explored and find out the influencing factors. Only by avoiding the disadvantages and carrying on the innovation, could TV talent show develop in a healthy and sustainable way.This study takes "The Voice" for example, using the consumer behavior related model on TV show to analyse the influence factor of behavior with quantitative test. Based on a thousand questionnaire data and association analysis over the Apriori algorithm, this paper establish binary Logistic regression model to explore influenced factors of loyalty of viewers column and structural equation model, combining TRA model to reveal verified the behavior influencing factors of different ages viewers to a TV talent show. Through the above empirical results found that viewers show loyalty mainly affected by theAge, income level education level, program mode and the epidemic; While audiences watching behavior is not only affected by the direct intention, but other factors like the descriptive norms, perceived entertainment and behavior control; Judging from the results of multiple group analysis, the influence on viewing behavior by imperative norms increase with age, and weaken by intention and behavioral control. Television and producers can refer to the above conclusion to improve the program, in order to improve the talent show ratings and influence.
