| With more and more people focus on children’s approaches towardlearning, the content of which has been focused on and studied by many people.As thepart of approaches towards learning,planning has also attractive people’s eyes. But asthe more fundamental point,plan has not reached to the degree that it should be, thereis no more research on children’s plan,and teachers do not know how to understandchildren’s plan, therefore, the researchers selected the more basic point plan of childrenas research content, hoping that through the study to help teachers and researchersgradually understanding of children’s plan.In this study, researcher attained the goal through three steps. The first step, afterpicking the teacher interviews with a random sampling,researcher stood on thesidelines and understand children’s plan from the teachers perspective, through theanalysis, summed up where we can see the children’s plan, the teacher’s Concept ofchildren’s plan and so on.The second step, after a preliminary understanding ofchildren’s plan, the researcher designed to further promote the understanding ofchildren’s plan, then selected children who play in constructive play as observationvectors of one kindergarten, standing in the researcher’s point of view to furtherunderstanding of children’s plan in play. The third step,after observation the children’splan in one concrete construction play,to promote the understanding of children’s plan,researchers made a video of one play,and interviewed children about what’s the planbefore they began the play,what’s the plan when they enjoyed the play,and thencontrasted the observation from research and the content from children interview to findthe gap between them and promote the understanding of children’s plan.After the research,researchers found some teacher think children have their ownplan and some other are not; and dome teacher think the plan is different in age.children’s plan can be found in kindergarten’s daily life, such as Life activity,learning activity and play. children’s plan also can be found in many kind of play;in the play wecan judge whether children have or have performance their plan by their language,behavior and psychological disposition;and children has two different kind performedwhen they made a plan,one is plan first and then do it,and the other is first operatingmaterials and then plan; there are gap between researcher’s observation and the realplan. we may easy to ignore children’s plan that may hide in one behavior that seemednot plan and children’s plan that may be hide in children’s heart;and also we mayignore the meaning and consider ration that why children changed their play so much.At the end of article, researcher gave some advice based research, one is create thechance for teacher to observe and children to play.And make sure children has enoughtime to finish their plan and avoid interference factor. And we should observe morecarefully, listen carefully and do more analysis. |
