Legal Compensation Rural Collective Lands Imposition

The question of farmer’s land is related not only to our each person’s vital interest, but also to the overall interests of the country.Protecting farmer’s land is to protect farmland, and the red "lifeline"of China. With the rapid development of our economy, the urbanization process is accelerating. Infrastructure construction pace is accelerated stage by stage. The rural collective land expropriation scale is larger and larger, resulting in a sharp increase in the number of landless peasants. On one hand, this increased the farmers’ weak position, and social contradiction is increasingly outstanding. On the other hand, farmland area acute is decreased, directly threatening food security and ecological environment, is very likely to endanger our country social stability.Therefore, China’s rural collective land requisition compensation legal system, has great significance.
