Dewey is a famous modern, has a huge influence on the philosophers,educators, psychologists, ethicists, his thought on the United States andthe world of education, had a great influence, its influence and hascontinued to the present. Dewe’ys empiricism is the philosophicalfoundation of a series of ideas, and his concept of experience and hisconcept of empiricism philosophy inside the most core, the most basic.Study on his concept of experience, to understand his empiricismphilosophy, especially has the vital significance to the understandingof the ideological and moral education. Dewey attached great importanceto moral, moral education of the society at that time, his moral educationthought is an important part of his thought of building. The concept ofDewe’ys experience and his moral education thought that the two areclosely linked, he put the two together, starting from the concept ofexperience, moral education of traditional moral concept, traditional aprofound transformation, and puts forward his many useful, practicaleffect is obvious moral education view. Our country is in the key periodof reform and opening up, and social transition, moral education is facingmany challenges, the concept of experience of Dewey and based on hisexperience of the ideological and moral education, and using, take theessence, discard the dross, to our countr’ys moral education.This paper first discusses the connotation of Dewe’ys concept ofexperience, and the principle of hierarchy, historical origin, he to thetraditional concept of experience transformation. Secondly discusses thetransformation of moral values of Dewe’ys concept of experience, from thehuman nature, moral character, moral level these three aspects. Thirdly,transformation of the moral education of Dewe’ys concept of experience,focuses on the purpose of moral education, moral education, MoralEducation Center for the three aspects. Finally, combining with some casesin our country, to talk about Dewe’ys concept of experience enlightenmentto our moral education.
