| Changli Blowing Song, a unique folk musical tradition in Hebei, was included in thelist of provincial intangible cultural heritages in2007and was considered to be one ofChangli Three Treasures. This paper elaborates the historical development, mentoringrelationship, application of musical programs and playing modes in macroscopicperspective and microscopically probes into research on the tune characteristic ofBlowing Songs. By doing this, the author aims to display the unique charm of ChangliBlowing Song in the traditional music family and demonstrates the local folk culturepassed down with Changli Blowing Song.This paper contains five sectors. Brief introduction comes to be the first sector. Thesecond focuses on the humane and geographic survey of Changli. The author illustratesthe humane and geographic feature of Changli and interprets the local folk culture onChangli Blowing Song. Chapter Three briefly introduces Changli Blowing Song itself,while Chapter Four specifically analyzes the tune characteristics. Meanwhile the authortries comparing and analyzing the interrelationship among the so-called Changli ThreeTreasures: folk song of Changli, Changli yangko dance, and Changli blowing song.
