Present Situation And Development For The Three Minorities Of Hulunbuir Region In Inner Mongolia

National culture as the basic factor to sustain the ethnic groups, its dissemination, vicissitude and transformation is not only directly related to each national development trend and social form, but also related to the political stability of our country and economic boom. The three minorities includes Ewenki, Orogen and Drogen. The culture of the three minorities is an important part of national culture, which have the significant meaning to promote the diversification of Chinese culture and the harmonious development of society.Cultural communication is the most fundamental and common reason of cultural change and cultural transformation. Culture dissemination is pervasive. It changes the culture subject and constructs a new structure, style and pattern of social culture through gradually infiltration of various media from form to content. Because the three minorities with very small populations have a shallow foundation, it is often bypassed. In cultural change, a lot of outstanding traditional cultures are losing or have been lost, which are faced with the plight of disappear due to the influence of economic, policy and other national culture and other aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and discusses the connotation and characteristics of the three minorities’traditional culture and to grasp the basic characteristic and the spread situation of the three minorities’ modern culture in the new era.This paper use field visits and content analysis method to expound the necessary of the three minorities’culture dissemination and analyze the necessary of the three minorities’culture spread situation. This can help us finding some issues of cultural transmission process, and attempting put forward to some feasibility of cultural communication strategy.
