| Staphylococcus aureus is closely related to human that can cause a variety of seriousinfections,In recent years, it is frequently that food poisoning caused by Staphylococcusaureus in our country, showing increasingly wide range and trend of more and moreinfected people. However, the new food safety standard adjustment of Staphylococcusaureus promulgated about the limited provisions in the community controversy at the endof2011.In order to avoid Staphylococcus aureus disease outbreaks, further study isnecessary.In the test, Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified by the physiologic andbiochemical test from760samples,which included fresh meat, frozen food, rawmilk,human purulent organizations,aquatic products,living environment,soy products. Onthis basis, we detect and analyz SEk, SEr, SEj, SEq and SEO enterotoxin genotypes. Theresults were as follows:(1) Staphylococcus aureus was detected out in each kind of the samples.The totaldetection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was34.0%. Therefore,it was proved that foodcontaminated by Staphylococcus aureus is universal in Baoding.(2) There was a significant difference in detection rate of Staphylococcus aureusamong all the food samples,Fresh meat and products was52.5%, raw milk is36%, frozenfood is35%, human purulent tissue was31.3%, the living environment is12%, soy is6.7%,and the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus in fresh meat and frozen food was higherthan in the others. We should attach importance to quality problem of this two kinds offood in order to avoid large-scale food poisoning incidents.(3) Although other types of Staphylococcus aureus detection rate is relatively low, Butbefore we fully understand the variety of bacteria character, we should not relax ourvigilance to deal with the associated food safety issues.(4) On the basis of the isolated292strains of Staphylococcus aureus, we assayed SEk,SEr, SEj, SEq and SEO five enterotoxin gene.SEj were detected49strains, the detectionrate was16.8%, SER was detected in37strains, the detection rate was12.7%, SEQ beendetected in25strains, the detection rate was8.6%, the detection rate of SEO and SEK is0strains.(5) The strains carrying three genotype detected in a total of22, the detection rate is 7.5%, the same time carrying SER the SEJ is15stains, the detection rate is5.1%.(6) Retrospectiving the source of the enterotoxin that can be checked out, we candraw the three enterotoxin was detected in the raw meat and meat products of the highestdetection rate (SEJ to34.7%, the SER to54.1%, SEQ to56%), followed by frozen food(SEJ to24.5%, the SER to29.7%, the Seq to32%). In these types of food sources, thecarrying rate of enterotoxin in lamb and sheep meat frozen food is greater than the othertypes of samples, which is intrinsically linked with the health status of the sheep, or goats.The growth environmental conditions of Staphylococcus aureus have importantimplications for the formation of enterotoxin, There was a significant difference indetection rate of Staphylococcus aureus among all the food samples.The number ofsamples is small, but part of the original and secondary processed foods, and containing aprotein-rich. In addition, these samples of the natural environment is not very good,although some samples are stored at low temperatures, but the food storage containers areunsanitary, and people around activities more frequently. |
