The ten bamboo of the introduction is based as the research object and they physiological and ecological mechanism as the research target.lt study the different greening with bamboo introduction situation,ecological adaptability and the photosynthetic characteristics to provide theoretical reference for choosing the appropriate urban greening used bamboo. The chief results were followed:1. The investigation results of ten bamboo species’s growth condition indicated that different bamboo species of survival rate gap is larger and more than fifty percent of bamboo species survival rate were higher than eighty percent.The determination of various bamboo species that is about new bamboo of average height and DBH is different largely. The maximum height of N.affinis.Viridiflavus is510cm; The minimum height of Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro is290cm. The investigation results of new bamboo shoot numbers and shoot time indicated that new bamboo shoot time is at the same time of Bamboo Garden of Hua’an.2.The investigation result that is the threat of pests in bamboo is more serious than disease. The most harmful by pest is Bambus multiplex cv. Stripestem.Next is D.minor (Q.H.Dai et C.F.Huang)Hsueh et D.Z. Li and Bambusa eutuldoides McClure var. viridi-vittata (W.T.Lin) Chia.The less is Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino. The most harmful by disease is Bambus multiplex cv. Stripestem. Next is N.affinis.Viridiflavus and G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja The less is Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino. Part of the cluster bamboo affected by plant diseases and insect pests more seriously than mixed bamboo.3Seasonal changes have influence on the plant of chlorophyll content.In addition to the chloro-phyll content of Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro the volatiling largely,other bamboo species decline rapidly after the first slowly increased between May and November.In early June, in addition to the Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro fell slightly, the change of chloro-phyll content about other bamboo species is not obvious. Since late June, the bamboo has the varying degree rise, by the middle of August,the chlorophyll content of most bamboo achieves its highest. The highest levels is Bambusa ventricosa McClure,which is8.427. Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino which is the lowest levelsis 2.808.Due to the temperature reducing, in late September, the chloro-phyll content bamboo started to decline rapidly. The largest decline is N.affinis.Viridiflavus, which chlorophyll’s content decreased from the highest of6.555to5.512. The differences between bamboo species reached extremely significant level.4.The soluble content of introduced bamboo started increasing after the slow decline trend by the season’s change. In addition to the chlorophyll content of Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro the volatiling largely, other bamboo species is in decline stage between May and Au-gust.And the minimum value in August. The largest decline is N.affinis.Viridiflavus, which soluble sugar’s content decreased from the highest of1.029to0.631. Since mid-september, soluble sugar’s content of other bamboo species have different degree of rising besides G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja felling slightly. The largest rising is D.minor var amoenus(Q.H.Dai et C.F.Huang)Hsueh et D.Z. Li which soluble sugar content is highest It is as far as1.189that is higher than G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja at the lowest cost. The differences between bamboo species reached extremely significant level.5.The proline can serve as one of the biochemical indexes of plant resistance.From may to August, By the incretion of temperature, the proline content change into rising trend between May and August and in September it began to decline.The bamboo proline content reaches maximum value with the advent of high temperature between July and August.B.ventricosa proline content change trend of bamboo is the most intense and content reaches maximum value is in July which is120.87ug.g-1. the minimum change trend of proline content is Bambus multiplex cv. Stripestem that is the lowest.6.The investigation results of ten bamboo species’s Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters indicated that the value about PSII original light energy conversion efficiency of B.eutuldoides var3.viridi-vittata,S.tootsik,G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja and N.affinis Viridiflavus is higher.It is that this four kinds of bamboo of using efficiency of light energy is higher than the other six kinds of bamboo species.And it can form more chemical energy.The PSII original light energy conversion efficiency of ten kinds of bamboo is significantly different. The value of qp about D.minor var amoenus(Q.H.Dai et C.F.Huang)Hsueh et D.Z. Li and Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro is higher than Bambusa eutuldoides McClure var. viridi-vittata (W.T.Lin) Chia.respectively33.69%,33.69%,32.34%.It show that the ability of photosynthetic electron transport about three kinds of bamboo is stronger, which is conducive to provide conditions for photosynthetic carbon assimilation.The value of QY andΦ PSⅡ Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino, N.affinis.Viridiflavus and D.minor var amoenus(Q.H.Dai et C.F.Huang)Hsueh et D.Z. Li is high.It Show the PS II light energy conversion efficiency bamboo’leaves is high.And the values of QY andΦ PS II differ significantly between different bamboo species.7.Using the method of non linear hyperbolic calculated that light compensation point of them were between16.07~42.00umol.m-2.s-1,light saturation point were between245.67~352.45umol.m-2.s-1.The minimumvalue of light compensation point is G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja that is16.07umol.m-2.s-1and the maximum is P.nigra that is42.00umol.m-2.s-1. And the minimum value of light saturation point is D.minor var.amoenus that is245.97umol.m-2.s-1and the maximum is P.nigra that is352.45umol.m-2.s-1. It showed that light compensation point of ten species were low,indicating bamboos adapt to low light with a certain degree of shade tolerance.Light saturation point changed in a big margin,reflecting part of the bamboo species were shade-loving plants,part of were light-loving plants.8.Using the method of membership function mathematics evaluated comprehensively about ten kinds of bamboo. The results indicated that the maximum is Sinobambusa tootsik (0.54) that is strong drought resistance varieties in the ten kinds of bamboo.We can Through the above comprehensive analysis of morphology and physiological and biochemical index of drought resistance. resistance.We can preliminarily choose S.tootsik, B.albo.lineata China G.pseudoarundinacea(Steud.)Widjaja and N.affinis cv.Viridiflavus that is strong about drought resistance suitable for urban greening bamboo species.
