| Taking the maize (Shandong Agricultural University108) as the experimental material, this research used the "3414" experiment scheme design which is high efficiency, less treatments, widely applied at home and abroad to conduct the potted fertigated and irrigated experiment, so as to study the correlation among the effect of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172, organic fertilizer and water on the growth and development of maize. The research results indicated that the three factors had significant effects on the yield, dry matter accumulation, chlorophyll content, Nã€Pã€K content in the maize plant and in the cultivated soil under the different condition of irrigated and fertilizated. The main results were as follows:1. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172, organic fertilizer and water can increase dry matter accumulation of maize plants with different degree, only Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172, however, has no significant effect on dry matter accumulation of summer maize. As for the yield, the Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172can increase the production of pot cultivated maize to different extend. In order to achieve the best yield, the appropriate dosage should be choosed. Too much Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172would limit the yield of maize. Finding an appropriate dosage plays an important role for the increase of production. The interaction of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172, organic fertilizer and water can increase the content of available P in soil, reduced the impact of excessive fertilization on P content in soil, greatly improved the utilization rate of nutrients. Certain amount of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172can promote the maize to absorb P and increase the accumulation of P in the plant.Under different treaments of the Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172, organic fertilizer and water, the content of soil N showed significant difference which reflected the differences in the use efficiency of nitrogen in maize. Water plays a key role for the plants to absorb N in soil. The Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172can improve the drought resistance of maize and enhance the absorption and utilization of N by maize plant under the drought treatment. The absorption of K by maize plant was significantly enhanced by the addition of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172. The absorption of K by maize plant and its accumulation within plants were improved by organic fertilizer and appropriate soil water content, but it was increased significantly by the addition of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172.2.The K accumulation in maize plant is the foundation of yield formation. The accumulation of K was improved by the applicatiopn of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172to soil. The research results suggested that as the amount of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172added increased, the K accumulation in plant increased. This result indicated that appropriate amount of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC10172can be used to improve the absorption of K by maize and its accumulation within maize plant. |
