| As a guidance and normative documents within the industry, the standard system plays a vital role in guiding the production and maintenance of order in terms of the industry. Standards are summarized the results of the long-term practice of science technology and practical experience, while the standard system is put in contact with each other within a certain range of industry standards and the role of the composition of some organic whole. Nowadays, China is in a stage of large-scale high-speed railway construction and development, technical standards system is constantly formed and perfected. But compared to other large high-speed railway country like Germany, China started late high-speed railway construction and other facilities of the standard system is still not perfect, understanding of the importance of the standard system are not deep enough, leading Chinese high-speed railway pantograph-catenary system standard system still exists over some problems. Has been China’s high-speed railway learn and absorb technology in Germany and other major high-speed rail country, especially by the pantograph characteristics and Germany used very similar, so this paper by drawing on the European pantograph-catenary system standard system construct the Chinese high-speed railway pantograph-catenary system standard system.This paper focuses on the core parameters of pantograph-catenary contact force in the system, by studying its integrity and relevance is reflected in the standard system, demonstrated the pantograph contact force is all standard within the standard system into a whole series of internal organic factors that reflect its core position in the study of issues related to pantograph system. Then, by comparing the features and content from both China and the EU standards system pantograph system, the process of building studied how to embody their character in the process of building, and by introducing the development history and change compare the differences both the design and construction of the pantograph characteristics and aspects of the test, measurement and simulation of the dynamic interaction between components, such as standard-setting process characteristic.By contrast, it shows that the European pantograph system relevant standards are pantograph systems special standards, and each standard content is independent but interrelated, China pantograph system are mostly related to the overall standard of specification documents, the contant related catenary only occupy a chapter within the standard, the limitations of the length limits the content standards. And about the parameters evaluation, some parameters are embodied in the Chinese standard, but not in European standards, the range is also not the same. China’s existing pantograph-catenary features standard and pantograph-catenary interaction characteristics standard basically refer to Europe, on construction and inspection aspects China has its own standards, but lack of dynamic interaction measurement and simulation standards. Finally, the thesis give some suggestions on the construction of the Chinese pantograph-catenary system standard: improving the integrity and relevance of Chinese standards system, developing the relevant standards of measurement and simulation of dynamic interaction, learning foreign standards should be based on national circumstances and the road situation, while China should do translation work of the pantograph standard system, handing the right to speak in the international high-speed rail industry standards. |
