Abstract/Summary:
Pipeline suspension bridge, the usual format of pipelines transportation, is mainly composed of main tower, main cable, anti-wind cable, truss girder and anchor fastened system. The design of main cable and anti-wind cable are changed according to volume, location and distribution of load, which belongs to typical large displacement and small strain structure. On the background of Wujiang river pipeline suspension project, this thesis about construction control mainly conducts research into system of main cable erection, stiffening girder hoisting, the static analysis of complete bridge and calculation of the pretensioning force of the wrapping wires for main cables, etc.In this research, we primary address this problem by proposing an improved engineering approach, where the pipeline suspension bridge is simulated by using the finite element model (FEM) programs MIDAS software, then by using the theory of analytical method, the cable system calculation results have been drawn up in the excel tables. Also, the main cables system parameters have been calculated and compared through two main methods, which have been considerable accurate. However, each of them has its own characteristics and must be used in conjunction during the process of construction control.Define the site condition, i.e. construction within the confined space for lifting girders; hoists may be installed to lift stiffening girders from one side to the other. Finite element software program have been used to analyse the main components of the displacement and stress, which the result showed can meet the construction requirements. In the current construction, the trace analysis of lifting process with on-site monitoring feedback data is obtained by using the finite element software; the application showing that the construction control has achieved good results.Finally, the static analysis for the completed bridge of the pipeline suspension bridge is carried out, and the stress and displacement of main component meet the construction requirements. In addition, due to the changes in the construction process, the main cables wrapping wires pre-tensioning forces are calculated to determine whether the construction of stiffening girder counterweight auxiliary is necessary.
