| With the rapid development of economy, the modern gasoline engine is required to complywith exhaust emission regulations. This is achieved by electronic control technology. Electroniccontrol technology has evolved into a high technology in improving the comprehensiveperformance of gasoline engine. The dynamic and economy of the automobile with electroniccontrol technology is able to meet the demands for age’s development. Therefore China attachesmore importance to the research and development on electronic control technology of engine.This research takes electronic-controlled engine as research object, and gives a detailedexplanation about every unit of fuel injection system, and about the configuration and operationof electronic control unit (ECU), sensors and actuator. The research also discusses the controlprinciple and control strategy of electronic fuel injection (EFI) system, analyzes controlrequirements for the optimum air-fuel ratio under real time operation condition, describesmathematical model about the calculation of fuel injection quantity, and analyzes the test data ofsensors used in EFI. In addition, the research discusses the programming process, the hardwareand software of fuel injection control system based on Intel80C196KB single-chipmicrocomputer. |
