| Machinery products are widely used in manufacturing, construction, and other areas ofpeople’s lives. As the core of mechanical products, mechanism plays the role of motiontransmission, transformation and complex movement. Therefore, the design of themechanism is the key to mechanical product innovation. In the innovation of mechanism, weoften encounter many design problems, namely integrated to achieve the desired trajectorycurve linkage movement dimensions, in which indirect mechanism synthesis method requiresapplication link line pattern. In addition, the appearance of electromechanical products havemany elements, such as shape, color, textureand other decorative elements figure, whichrepresents the characteristic curve geometryused. Linkage curve shape contour features andproduct lines are plane closed curve, and the number is huge. The common characteristics ofthese curves needle, this paper proposes to create an electronic library system trajectory curve,in order to achieve the kind of curves and application of computer-aided management. Themain contents are as follows:This paper analyzes the mechanisim trajectory and studies mechanism of trajectorygeneration and its application. Based on that, this paper analyzed the non-uniformadoption,the trajectory curve geometry spectrum, two trajectory curve geometry and geometrysimilarity matching solving method, and uses examples to illustrate their trajectorycurveshape metric features.Institutional linkage curve for building mathematical model was developed usingMATLAB programming technology for the dynamic simulation system. Simulation curve andtrajectory curve geometry spectrum are applied with the non-uniform sampling method todiscrete linkage curve to reflect the shape of the curve to obtain a finite number (no less than20) discrete point coordinates, and thus to determine the geometric shape of the curvecharacteristic spectrum, at last to build a foundation electron trajectory curve gallery.The features of using image processing techniques to extract contour curvecharacteristics are analyzed. For those desired trajectory curves in the form of pictures, thispaper uses MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox extracted contour curves, as well as its discrete point coordinates, and then determine the geometric characteristic spectrum tocompare with other path curve shape.Using Microsoft SQL Server2008database and MATLAB programming technology,according to the summary of the link line pattern on the four agencies target trajectory, thispaper classified a large number of trajectory curve based on their geometric characteristics,and then designed and developed the electronic library system trajectory curve.A prototype system trajectory generation mechanism is designed based on the electroniccurve pictures system. This system applied the indirect synthesis method, namely to retrievetrajectory curve gallery the desired similar trajectory curve, and through direct observation, todetermine the most similar linkage curves and their counterparts basic parameters. Then usingthe figures as approximate solution, to adjust the basic parameters through human-computerinteraction, and simulate and test its characteristic shape, until you get to meet the accuracy.Finally, to verify thefeasibility and effectiveness of the electronic trajectory curve systemdeveloped and the prototype system which is used to produce the mechanism design. |
