Research On Modularization Process Configuration Technology Of The Satellite Structural Slab

During the12th Five-Year period, China’s surge in the need of satelliteslaunch, which makes the satellite manufacturing enterprises must improve thelevel of information technology to shorten the satellite development cycle. Onthe basis of full investigation on a satellite manufacturing enterprise, thisdissertation researches on modularization process configuration technology basedon CBR of satellite products, and put forward a design proposal of a rapidprocess configuration management system, which can assist the technologists onsatellite products’ process design, and shorten the satellite products’ design time.This dissertation researches on the process modules division technology.Using the basic idea of modular, this dissertation puts forward the idea andproperties of feature module and process module, and proposes a method offeature module division and a process modules division method based on featuremodules. This method improves the reuse and independence of process modules.In addition, the process modules based on feature modules make it possible forprocess configuration based on feature.This dissertation researches on the expression technology of the reasonabledivided feature modules and process modules. By using the method of extensiontheory, this dissertation establishes the matter-element models of feature modulesand process modules and relationship model, discusses the characteristics of themodule objects, which makes it possible for the process modules’ extension inprocesses configuration. Study the expression of modules based on XMLtechnology, which is able to express and store the structured information andconducive to establishing a multi-platform for the database.This dissertation researches on case-based reasoning techniques, and applyit to process modules configuration. Put forward a method of design featuresautomatic extraction and feature modules interaction obtained based on partclassification; In the similarity calculation, different kinds have different method,the introduction of the W-IC-CS-CD solves the semantic retrieval problems andmakes comprehensive similarity more reliable; According to the extension character of process modules, process modules can be part-replaced, combinedand decomposed, added and deleted, expanded and narrowed, etc.This dissertation puts forward a design proposal of a rapid processconfiguration management system. Applying of the IDEF modeling method, thisdissertation gives the function model with IDEE0and data model with IDEF1Xof the system, and introduces the development means taking the enterprises statusinto consideration, builds layout of the feature module extraction, processmodule management and process configuration.
