| In this study, the existing bulk curing barn for energy saving reconstruction and its supporting technology research were studied, with the purpose of lessing work cost in tobacco curing, improving quality and efficiency, reducing pollution and protecting the environment. We analyzed the advance of trial bulk curing barn, compared to the control of intenced barn, the barn temperature difference of the energy-saving, wind speed, set the greenhouse warming effect, cured tobacco grade quality, energy-saving effect and baking efficiency were all improved. The main results are as follows:1, Each point temperature difference in the first energy-saving baking room and the second energy-saving baking room plane and the temperature difference between layers are controlled in a range of±2℃, with no significant difference between the control, indicating the technique can meet the flue-cured tobacco baking barn requirements of each point temperature difference.2,Under no-load condition, barn air inlet velocity and return air speed were as follows: control (original bulk curing barn)> secondary energy-saving barn> once energy-saving barn; When full loaded it is:secondary energy-savingthe barn> control> once energy-saving barn, and the difference is insignificant between secondary energy-saving renovation of the barn with the control; As to the amount of wind in the no-load conditions, baking room air inlet air volume and back to the outlet air flow performance is:control> secondary energy-saving barn> once energy-saving barn; and the difference is also not large. Compared to the fully loaded situation:secondary energy-saving barn> control> energy-saving barn once, and comparison between the secondary energy-saving barn and the control difference is not large.3,In the yellowing stage, the greenhouse has a higher temperature compared with the outside, with a increasing of8.5℃to13.9℃; in the fixative stage, set greenhouse temperature has the temperature higher than outside, with a increasing of5.4℃to33.1℃; during the dry ribs stage, the set greenhouse temperature was increased about15.3℃~37℃, in a word, the greenhouse warming effect is obvious. 4, For the middle leaves, after the treatment in the first energy-saving in the tobacco barn grilled, the Rate of First Class of Flue-cured Tobacco and the Rate of First and srncond Class of Flue-cured Tobacco, each has the average price:0,11.9%,4.8yuan/kg, compared with the control the barn were increased by-17%,-58.1%,-16.8/Kg, the second energy-saving barn roasted tobacco has a rate of first class30%,65%,24yuan/kg, compared to the control barn which were increased by13%,-5%and2.4yuan/kg; As to the upper leaf tobacco after the second energy-saving barn, the roasted Rate of First Class of Flue-cured Tobacco and the Rate of First and sccond Class of Flue-cured Tobacco each has the average price:14%,82%,18.76yuan/kg compared to the control which were increased by13%ã€-6%and2.97yuan/Kg. Thus, the Second energy-saving baking house of flue-cured tobacco grade quality best.5,For the middle leaves, first energy-saving barn and the second energy-saving barn each has a coal consumption (1kg dry tobacco):1.15kg,1.30kg, compared to the control which is1.64kg, and the coal saving was29.6%and20.8%for them; for upper leaves, compared to the control barn, the coal consumption in second energy-saving barn baking in the flue-cured tobacco is between20.6%to20.8%; As to the baking effectiveness:the middle leaves, secondary energy-saving barn, and first energy-saving barn were increased by2.68yuan/kg,-16.36yuan/kg, compared with the control; the upper leaves, second energy-saving barn were increased by2.77yuan/kg compared to the control. |
