Digital inkjet CTP technology is a new type of plate technology, which isdeveloped in recent years. The features of the device are the use ofnon-photosensitive plate, after the inkjet imaging and plate processing, platescan be printed directly by the machine. When making plate, digital inkjet CTPdevice printing plate without the developing process, which can operate indaylight, saving the developer fees and the costs of cleaning equipment.Therefore, digital inkjet CTP device has strengths of low cost and beingfriendly to environment. Meanwhile, the digital inkjet CTP device also has theproblems,such as a lower making speed and lower plate accuracy. Digitalinkjet CTP device is suitable for pursuit of low cost in the print quality, no highdemands in terms of packaging and black and white books and other printingconditions in the printing business.This thesis is target to solve the problems of low plate-making speed andlow plate-making accuracy by taking the naked version inkjet CTP device asthe research object. It introduces the system composition and working principleof equipment emphatically analyzes key principles of design ideas andinstitutions. Then it builds a three-dimensional model of the equipment on thebasis of SOLIDWORKS, and with the dynamic analysis software ADAMS tosimulate analysis for the device’s key institutions, as well as suggests theimprovements program. Finally, it makes a finite element modal analysis inorder to the device rack. The main research contents and results of this paperare as follows:(1) Do the prototype experiment. On eight-size inkjet CTP device, thisthesis uses the same size plate to do the plate test several times. Then itobtains experimental data including the plate dots and the plate-making time,which provided the data base for improving simulation model, to perform dotanalysis on the plate, the experimental datum (2) Build the three-dimensional model of inkjet CTP device. Based on theparameters of inkjet CTP device, this thesis uses3D modeling software tobuild the parts models and assembly models of inkjet CTP device. Then, ituses kinematic analysis on the virtual prototype to verify rationality of theprogram, which lays the foundation of further simulation model.(3) Use ADAMS dynamics simulation software, this thesis uses kinematicsand dynamics simulation analysis to the key components of the equipmentincluding the carriage agencies and post-processing agencies and it usescomparative analysis of the actual process data and the simulation results sumup the associated related factors which influences the performances ofplate-making. Then based on the eight-size plate model to propose a designidea on the four-size plate model, it carries out the simulation under theprecondition to ensure the accuracy of the plate in order to improve the platearea of the plate. Finally, it finites element modal analysis to thethree-dimensional model of the device’s rack, and evaluated the vibrationcharacteristics of the rack.
