The Research On Network Measurement Methods Of Large Structures

With the development of the manufacturing industry, the accuracy of large-size structure is become higher. The problems of large size structures’measurement is turn out to be the limit of the technical progress and research. There are many problems in large-size structure measurement, such as the spatial dimensions is too large, the accuracy is higher and the efficiency is low, and so on. There is no more perfect system and measurement theory on large size structures measurement, so far. Now several commonly used measurement system basically requires transfer station to measure the entire structure completely.Firstly, introduce the mathematical model related to the large-size structures’ measurements, then compare the methods of the various systems, we propose a new network measurement system. The fourth chapter describes the mathematical model and the design of network measurement system.Use the experimental prototype to measure standard tools ball and standard length, to verify the feasibility of network measurement and the measurement accuracy of the prototype.
