| Transmission technology of China’s drilling rig is in the continuousdevelopment, but "diesel engine+hydrodynamic drive mechanical transmissiondrilling rig is still the main rig in the current domestic market. According to theexisting problems of diesel engine+non-adjustable hydrodynamic torqueconverter drilling rig transmission scheme, such as low transmission efficiency,inapplicability of drilling pump work and so on, this paper puts forward dieselengine+adjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter drilling rigtransmission scheme which can get good comprehensive benefit through method ofnumerical simulation and analysis. It has great significance to improve the economicefficiency of the oilfield, promote the development of the petroleum equipmentindustry in China, to enhance the international competitiveness of domestic drillingrig.The paper describes the advantages of hydrodynamic transmission for thetransmission system of drilling rig. The respective advantages and disadvantages ofnon-adjustable hydrodynamic torque converter, variable speed hydrodynamiccoupling and adjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter for thetransmission system of drilling rig are compared and analyzed in this paper bycombination of the characteristics of three hydrodynamic transmission forms andthe operating characteristics of drilling rig. The diesel engine+adjustable guidevane hydrodynamic torque converter drilling rig transmission scheme which hasgood comprehensive benefit is determined.This paper uses CFX software for three-dimensional flow field numericalsimulation of hydrodynamic torque converter. In Order to get more accuratenumerical results, the paper introduces the commonly used turbulence models andframe change models in the CFX software, and selects the reasonable turbulencemodel and frame change model by the comparison of the numerical simulationresults and experimental datas. In this paper, JQB2torque converter for diesellocomotives is a prototype, the cascade system of JQB2makes some improvementssuch as reduce the adjustable guide vane, add a fixed guide wheel and so on.Through the analysis of numerical simulation results, continue to verify thefeasibility of these improvements, this paper gets the adjustable guide vanehydrodynamic torque converter JQB2X cascade system which has good performancefor the transmission system of drilling rig. The paper emphatically analyzes theinfluence of adding a fixed guide wheel on the adjustable guide wheel blade load,guide vane adjust torque and original characteristics of adjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter JQB2X, in order to show that the improvement isreasonable.The improved scheme of the transmission system of drilling rig which usesdiesel engine+adjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter is discussedand analyzed in this paper. And a theoretically feasible improved scheme isproposed: non-adjustable hydrodynamic torque converter is changed to theadjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter JQB2X that is determinedby numerical simulation; reselecting the drilling pump; removing the auxiliary brakeof winch, and checking the fast line pull and hook load. The paper also looksforward diesel engine+hydrodynamic and planetary gear compound drive drillingrig transmission scheme which is promising. |
