| In the reform of the personnel system, performance evaluation of the functional departments is increasingly important. But because of its unique characteristics--work content is complex, work output is difficult to quantify, work outcomes lagged significantly, making it difficult for functional assessment operation and. resulting in lots of research is qualitative research. Therefore, this article which combining qualitative and quantitative research have a certain value. When I have finished read the extensive literature and carried out a field survey and questionnaire, my main research results is:First, in chapter â…¡, Conducting research on the definition of the functions of the departmental staff, classification and characteristics, which providing a basis for the below-of establishment of performance evaluation system and the choice of performance evaluation method.Second, in chapter â…¢.â…£, first of all. introducing the research tools-the reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, the factor analysis, the cluster analysis and the operational processes. Followed by. establishing and testing the validity of the employee performance evaluation system-which is based on the combination of the concept of "process performance+results performance". These indicators from the three dimensions of the work output, job matching degree and staff quality. Again, determining the performance evaluation method and processing the performance results-using the factor analysis to calculate the performance score and using the cluster analysis to classify employees.Third, in Chapter â…¤, using the empirical research to verify the scientific validity of the factor clustering analysis in practice operation. |
