| Jiangxi province High-tech Industry is developing rapidly Nearly10years, and the scale is also gradually increasing, the total output value of High-tech Industry is11.93billion yuan in2000, and when in2011, it grew to425.6billion yuan. High technology industry is become more and more important in Jiangxi industry. Due to backward economy, Jiangxi High-tech Industry develop late, have low starting point, the investment in science and technology is also limited. There are still many problems exist in the development of science and technology of Jiangxi province, such as the ability of independent innovation is still low. many key technology in some areas still need to rely on foreign and domestic technology, and the level of innovation is also have a big gap apart from the developed provinces, input of science and technology is still insufficient; the overall level of scientific research achievements is not high. So how to enhance the contribution in industrial economic of the technological innovation capability of high-tech industry, use of limited investment in science and technology allocating reasonable in the industrial internal and obtain the biggest economic growth effect is our serious challenge at present.This article conduct a comprehensive elaboration on each element of technology innovation ability based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of high technology industry in Jiangxi province, then build technological innovation capability of high-tech industry evaluation index system, evaluate technological innovation ability of Jiangxi high-tech industry comprehensively. Besides the article analyzed the contribution ratio of each essential factor, and discussed why they have differences in promoting economy development. The results show that each essential factor don’t have a remarkable contribution on the industrial economic growth, and investment of researchers have higher influence coefficient than investment of capital in promoting economy growth. This shows that Jiangxi high-tech industry has not yet formed the scale economy, R&D investment is not enough, then the article analyzed the problem of influencing technological innovation comprehensive ability of Jiangxi province from the technology innovation input and output compatibility, found that technological innovation input and output in recent years is in not coordination state, that cause the overall innovation ability weak. According to the research, the article provides some corresponding suggestions. Jiangxi province should still increase investment in science and technology, adjust the allocation proportion of resource, makes the input and output in coordination state, in order to get more economic benefits. |
