With the intensification of global competition, all businesses can no longer be immune,are involved inthis a competition among, in order to adapt to environmental changes,and enhance their competitiveadvantage in a competitive process of seizing the initiative, many companies are beginning to internalreform within the organization’s members are not only facing increasing competitive pressure, heavyworkload, but also to balance family and career, the pay rise will always keep up with the pace of inflation,thereby leading business sentiment-organizational atmosphere of tension and depression, lower employeeproductivity, mental and physical health is affected,shortening the life cycle, these growing conditionsmake business managers were eager to find effective psychological services, alleviate the anxiety of theenterprise and its members the status.EAP, Employee Assistance Program is mainly used to provide staff with psychological services, a newtype of welfare programs, originated in the United States, as a way to help employees to get rid of badhabits such as alcoholism, drug addiction, with the business needs content in creasing, the contents of theEAP has also been greatly enriched, and has now grown to become a systematic, long-term assistance andwelfare programs to help employees resolve the psychological and behavioral problems, to alleviatecorporate anxiety, and improve performance.EAP in China’s development is far lags behind Western Europe and the United States,the majority ofdomestic enterprises are not aware of the role and advantages of the EAP, coupled with the implementationof the EAP effect is difficult to accurate assessment of the problem, making the penetration of the EAP inthe country is not high.With the social development and talent increasing importance of more and morecompanies concerned about the psychological problems of employees, the EAP to provide psychologicalservices for employees as a welfare plan will be more by organizational managers concern will also bemore widely applied.In this paper, the theory of comb Employee Assistance Program on the basis of, first of all cleardefinition and content of corporate anxiety, and employee assistance programs,briefly discusses thetheoretical basis of the EAP, the development process as well as domestic and foreign research andapplication of Secondly, the status of Chinese enterprises anxiety elaborate analysis of the reasons for the lack of attention to and solve enterprise anxiety, the introduction of psychological services, especially EAPproject to alleviate the status strategy of Chinese enterprises anxiety on this basis, the final choice of arepresentative the case for targeted analysis, re-emphasized the role of the EAP to alleviate corporateanxiety.
