| The study starts from the analysis to the background of cultural and tourism industry in Panlong district of Kunming city. Based on the successful development of other small towns in China and the analysis to the resource values in Longquan ancient town, it focuses on the systematic study to the building of the Longquan ancient town into a cultural and tourism park. It comprises 7 parts.First is the introduction. It describes the reason and method of writing this article and innovation on which it is based.Second is the development background. It emphasizes on the current situation of the cultural and tourism and its renovation in Panlong district, such as optimization method and cultural operations.Third is the analysis to the environmental resources. It inducts and cards the cultural relics and historic sites and its origins in Panlong district and makes an assessment to the resources and its values.Fourth is the case study. It chooses the ancient towns and streets in Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian as references and summarizes and conducts their successful development experiences.Fifth is the general plotting. It proposes a systematic way to the positioning layout and function and sets up a strategy to the development of the Longquan ancient town.Sixth is the development countermeasure. It proposes a countermeasure to the construction and development of cultural and tourism renovating park in Kunming Longquan ancient town. It concerns with planning and design, repair protect, investment and business, operations management, etc.Seventh is the epilogue. It explains the shortcomings of the study and some issues of further necessary studying in the future.As the author of this study and being in charge of the program, I have been thinking deeply about the development of the Longquan ancient town. It also explores a way of combining cultural and tourism industry together so as to improve the environmental level and enhance people’s living standards. It is also my contribution to carve out the tourism business in Kunming. |
