The construction of literature information resources is the cornerstone of military academic libraries facilitating their survival and development,which seems to be particularly important in the advancing progress of librarianship.This paper analyse the relationships between target readers of academic schools and construction and utilization of literature information resources.It proposes the existing problems about constructing and utilizing of librarian literature information resources in academic schools and tailors corresponding measures subsequently after profound analysis on some project data in circulation reports and statistics of readerssurvey in Air Force Logistics Collegeand precise comprehension of utilization situation of military academic librarian literature information resources and readers’demand.It is a prerequisite for military academic libraries to rely on distinctive military characteristics,which contributes to the scientific and rational plans,continuously reinforced mutual relationships with readers as well as prompt analysis and comprehension about various demands of readers for literature information resources. Meanwhile,it is suggested that those libraries should also distribute literature funds justly and improve homologous structure of resources construction as to constructing and utilizing literature information resources of high quality and enhancing the utilization ratio of literature of high quantity. Therefore,the librarianship of military academic libraries is access to be impelled with strengthened coordination and collaboration on the way of co-construction and share of resources.
