In the research of heat exchange station intelligent control technology, thetemperature control and the decoupling of the system represents the control level of theheat transfer station. Although there are many algorithms can be used in heat exchangerstation decoupling, but they increase the computational complexity, it is very difficult inpractical applications. The PSO algorithm is an optimization algorithm that modelingbiological social behavior, but traditional PSO algorithm has the problems like thepremature convergence, slow late convergence, and it has some promotion space. Theresearch purpose of the paper is to improve the PSO algorithm and research a algorithmcan achieve simple and efficient solution to solve the coupling of the heat exchangestation. Design and develop heat exchange station intelligent controller based on ARMwhich on the basis of widely study central heating system.Firstly, elaborate heat exchange station working principle and the control strategy.Summarizes the key issues for research and development of the control system of heatexchange station on the basis of research domestic heating control system and abroad.Secondly, designed heat exchange station intelligent controller based on ARM.Controller software and hardware solutions have been determined. Interactive interfaceof heat exchange station has been developed. Real-time monitoring, Data acquisition,Historical data storage, Alarm and Dynamic display are implemented on the heatexchange station system. Finally, Decoupling algorithm for coupling between theseveral heat exchanger stations is been research. The simulation of heat exchangestation decoupling effect which is applied the improved PSO-PID Algorithm andimproved PSO-PID algorithm to conduct a more in-depth study.The improved PSO-PID algorithm has been used in this paper. The improvedalgorithm has been optimized to improve search speed and population variability.Improve the speed and robustness of the system which the quality of Optimization isguaranteed. The experiment proved the feasibility of the proposed algorithm which is applied on the ARM experimental platform.
