The design and synthesis of fluorescent chemsensors for selectivity tune of sensing certain chemical species is one of the main content of the study of supramolecular chemistry. Fluorescent chemsensors can convert the recognition information of molecular to be a perceived fluorescence signal with highly sensitivity, rapid detection, and low detection limits, which can be widely used in the related fields of biomedical testing, nano-materials science and environmental science. In recent years, a large number of anion receptors have been designed and synthesized, selectively detecting and identifying some important anions. As the smallest anion, fluoride ion is widely exist in nature, and it is associated with nerve gases, the analysis of drinking water, the refinement of uranium used in nuclear weapons manufacture, the prevention of dental caries, and the clinical diagnosis of osteoporosis. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to design and synthesis the fluoride fluorescence chemsensors with the characteristics of easy-to-use, quickly respond, accurate and sensitive. In this thesis, several fluorescent chemsensors for fluoride were designed and synthesized with which naphthalimide as a fluorescence emission group, this thesis specifically includes the following four chapters:In the first chapter, the detection mechanisms of the fluorescent chemsensors and chromogenic sensors were explained, the overall classification of the fluoride ion acceptor was given, and the current situation of domestic and international research in the field of fluorescent chemsensors from the year of2009to the year of2011was described, in which a brief introduction of the fluoride chemsensors was given. In the second chapter, a chemical reaction naphthalimide fluorescent chemsensor which is based on the Si-0bond cleavage mechanism was designed and synthesized. The recognition mechanism of TBS-NA was studied using UV-Vis absorption,’H NMR and ESI-MS.In the third chapter, a water-based naphthalimide polymer fluorescence chemsensor with the identify group of amide was designed and synthesized. The absorbance of the monomer and the absorbance of the target polymer were measured for determination of the molar ratio of the two basic groups in the target polymer. The fluorescence spectra were analyzed for the study of the recognition behavior of the naphthalimide polymer molecules in water. In chapter IV, several naphthalimide compounds with urea and amide as the identify groups were designed and synthesized, and sensing via visual observation and UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy and other analytical methods were analyzed to study its recognition behavior.
