| UWB tecnology has a broad prospect of applications in the radio communication, radar, accurate positioning, imaging and so on, that it has attracted more and more attentions of scholars both at home and abroad. UWB tecnology has lots of advantages, such as good anti-fading, anti-jamming, large capacity, high transmission speed, low power and so on.This paper mainly has studied the characteristics and the selection methods of UWB signal, beyond that the theoretical analysisã€software simulation and real production of the UWB transmitter and receiver also have been talked. Firstly, in order to provides theoretical basis for different UWB system to choose specific UWB signal, the paper has introduced the technology and the basic theory of UWB; Secondly, the paper has a briefly introduction to the Principle and structure diagram of the UWB transceiver system, also has analysised and simulated several UWB generaters of the current mainstream, including kinds of typical and advanced UWB generaters which based on avalanche transistor, step recovery diode and digital integrated chip. Finally, paper has a theoretical analysis and software simulation to UWB receiver which based on differential sampling and integral forms, including double diodesã€balanced and bridge types of sampling and integral circuit.The paper has a detail research in UWB generator, especially the innovation and improvement in UWB generators which is on account of avalanche transistor and step-recovery diode, and strives to get narrower and bigger UWB signal on the foundation of existing UWB generater components and circuits, in hopes of getting ride of power amplifier after UWB generator to simplify the circuit of UWB transmitter. |
