Based on the MFC framework embedded OGRE engine rendering techniques, as well as the popular3DS MAX simulation technology, realization of continuous absorption mixing equipment system simulation.First, the analysis and design of the paper used in the structure of the device, and then using3DS MAX simulation software for these equipment to build the3D simulation model, of which the most important is connected to the pipe bending model.Secondly, this pager design of two particle systems according to the structure characteristics of equipment model:for the use of OGRE particle script, for the model design of particle scripting system; using ball model, establish the particle ball system. Using ball model particle system is better than the use of script particle system. The ball model particle system is more realistic.Thirdly, particle scripting system design at bend pipe is improved. Particle ball trajectory algorithm is given by quantitative particle ball model. Collision detection algorithm is presented, which can detect collision among the ball and the ball, among the ball and a different equipment surface. Collision detection algorithm can calculate the collision based on the set of critical values.Finally, lifelike materials mixed absorption effect is obtained by rendering equipment simulation model designed and internal material particle system loading.
