As the messenger of the human metabolism, the activity changes of Calcium areclosely related with many important physiological processes. Experiments show thatthe concentrations of calcium in acupuncture points are significantly higher than thatin non-acupuncture points. For caring out the real-time dynamic monitoring ofcalcium in the organism activities in body and Providing objective indicators ofclinical diagnosis in medicine. Studies on the mechanism of the acupuncture treatmentand providing a method for measurement of calcium concentration in the acupuncturepoints are very important.Organisms weak signal is so small that it always drowned in the noise. Peoplemake a long-term research to detect the weak signal covered by the background noise.Analyzing the causes and laws of the noise and research the characteristics and noisestatistics of the noise in measured signal to find a method to detect the useful signalfrom the background noise. The detection of organisms weak signal is important forthe research of the calcium ions concentration in the acupuncture points. SensingNeedle technology and weak signal detection technology laid the foundation for thisresearch. The purpose of this research project is in order to detect the calcium ionconcentration of acupuncture points by combining these two technologies.The research is based on the detection of the acupuncture points calcium ionconcentration signal. It introduced some background knowledge of the biologicalsensing needle and the calcium ion concentration signals in vivo. We analyzed thedesign and theory in each module, draw the principle structure diagram, and usedthe biological sensing needle to achieve the biological signal detection,and proposedfrequency interference suppression methods and chopper differential differenceamplifier circuit structure for the bio-electrical amplifying and filtering by theanalysis of weak signal detection algorithm. The circuit structure can detects the weaksignal in μV and mV level by actual measurement. The entire system optimized thebiological signals and provided nice signals for the A/D converter and the ARM platform. It achieved the purpose of the signal detection processing.
