Mineral resources originally cannot be used in the current technical-economical conditions, but with the help of Increasing mineral products prices or reducing the production costs of mining enterprises to a certain extent, or government energetically supporting the enterprise, it can be developed and used again. Then the grade of this part of mineral resources we gain at that time is called the cut-off grade. It will directly affect the delineation of the morphology of ore body and the determination of the ore reserves, and then makes a significant impact on mine production scale and service life, mining plan and non-renewable resources comprehensive recycling levels, etc. Therefore, it has a very important realistic significance to determine and scientifically analyze the cut-off grade reasonably, reliably and efficiently.In this paper, using computers and mathematical methods to studying on dynamic intelligent calculation and analysis of the cut-off grade in associated polymetallic ore, building a complete the mining technical-economical indexes and cost database, developing a dynamic intelligent calculation procedure of the cut-off grade in metal ores in the case of associated polymetallic ore, and creating a comprehensive dynamic calculation and management software of mining industrial indexes. Still, using rough sets and gray theory principle to build an improved grey correlation and rough set analysis model of the cut-off grade applied to the general mine. Then using this model to find out the root causes and the most important factors that makes the cut-off grade changes, and provide effectively help for the cut-off grade optimization. By this study, the subject has got certain theoretical and practical results, as follows:1. Using SQL Server2000database software and Delphi programming software combined with the actual situation of the mining enterprises create a mining technical-economical indexes and cost database. It can provide fast, efficient and convenient help service for the mining technical-economical indexes and cost information integration, using, storage and query. And it can still provide a unified platform and infrastructure for the mining industrial indexes dynamic intelligent calculation management software.2. Realizing a dynamic intelligent calculation for the cut-off grade in associated polymetallic ore. With the help of using the polymetallic ore cut-off grade calculation principle combined with the actual production situation of the Woxi mining area of Xiangxi gold mine and Delphi programming software, it has developed a dynamic intelligent calculation procedure of the cut-off grade. This procedure has a very efficient and convenient using process, and scientific and reliable calculation results. What’s more, it is a very adaptable dynamic intelligent calculation program for the cut-off grade of polymetallic ore. It can meet the needs of dynamic calculations for the cut-off grade in polymetallic mine. At last, it has good guidance to the optimization of technical-economical indexes in associated polymetallic mining enterprise.3. Combined with the mining technical-economical indexes and cost database and the dynamic intelligent calculation procedure of cut-off grade, this paper has developed a mining industrial indexes dynamic calculation and management software. It has created a resource sharing platform between users and organizations, and developed a complete mining technical-economical indexes and cost database management system to integrate the mining, beneficiation, smelting and other costs data during mining production process.4. Using the rough set theory and grey correlation analysis improved by scaling and rough set weight gasification, and analytic hierarchy process to establish an improved cut-off grade gray correlation and rough set analysis model. Taking advantage of this model and the mining industrial indexes dynamic calculation and management software said before, we could make an subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative analysis about the influencing factors of the cut-off grade at global aspect. All of these provide useful basses and recommendations for the optimization of cut-off grade.5. According to the actual situations in Xiangxi Gold mine, this paper has used the improved cut-off grade gray correlation and rough set analysis model to analysis and research its polymetallic mining cut-off grade as example for describing the specific operation method of the model. It has provided a detailed guidance function to analyzing the cut-off grade in other general mines or single metal ores. Using this model to scientifically determine the main factors of affecting the cut-off grade, then make an subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative analysis about the influencing factors of the cut-off grade of Woxi mining area of Xiangxi gold mine at global aspect within the study period. This can provide a reliable basis to optimize the cut-off grade. Finally, according to the results of the analysis we can re-enacted the cut-off grade, and use the mining industrial indexes dynamic calculation and management software to verify it and observe the cut-off grade result whether or not to achieve optimal effect are as expected.
