| With the development of economic globalization, more and more long distance communications are required in a large company. Renting special lines and configuring special hardware equipment to serve for the remote communication is very expensive and unsafe. In recent years, therefore, VPN technology is used by more and more people to remote access. However, using simple VPN technology to company group’s network transmission, the deployment is still complex and the safety is poor. Traditional OpenVPN technology, as another usual choice, is simple to use, but insufficiency in following two aspects:the generation processes of the certificate and configuration file are complicate and the authentication function is not strong. And in communications, a division and the headquarter in a large group company can only rely on ordinary telephone call in mutual communication. It costs the company a lot.To solve the problems, we first improve the OpenVPN technology under Linux in two ways in this paper:speed and safety. To carry out the former performance, the StoneVPN technology is introduced to simplify the process of the OpenVPN server certificate and configuration file. To improve the safety, the eurephia plug-in is introduced to provide the authentication function which is based on the username and password.Second, OpenVPN server and FreeSWITCH server are optimized. The efficiency of the OpenVPN server is poor as a result of the single process structure. The threads way is used to optimize the server and some problems in WIN7 system are solved. Through checking and modifying the source code, the quality of video calls are improved.Finally, based on the improved OpenVPN technology, we design a remote access system, and we add a FreeSWITCH server in this system to realize the call center service. So the employees in the group headquarter and its division can undertake video calling and conference call. This system in the operation of a group company has certain practical significance. |
