Self-organizing Management technologies of network is an important research field in Wireless Sensor Networks, which mainly includes Node Management, Resources and Tasks Management, Data Management, Node Deployment, Network Initialization, System Maintenance and Management etc. it is an important condition to protect Wireless Sensor Networks stability, reliable and efficient operation. Therefore, to ensure reliable localization of mobile node and high efficiency operation of Wireless Sensor Networks in underground coal mine, Aiming at the problems that node deployment strategies and data analysis and management of Self-organizing Management technologies. Firstly, for Wireless Sensor Networks, node deployment strategies have been existed are introduced. Secondly, a deployment strategy of Wireless Sensor Networks is proposed according to requirements of localization in linear environmental underground coal mine. Thirdly, with specific application, a data analysis and management platform of Wireless Sensor Networks about localization and tracking has been designed based on WebGIS. Finally, the feasibility of the platform and the reliability for localization of mobile node has been verified by simulation experiment. The main contents are as follows:A deployment strategy suitable for localization in underground coal mine is proposed. The strategy has solved problems of k-covered and energy consumption balance of network by partition coverage of the isosceles triangle and node group. The simulation results show that the strategy achieves scheduled coverage requirements using fewer groups, and ensures balance of energy consumption by non-uniform number of nodes in the group. Accordingly, the network lifetime increased 53.64% compared with uniform.A data analysis and management platform based on WebGIS has been designed for Wireless Sensor Networks in underground coal mine. By simulation experimental test, the platform not only can on-line get trajectory of the mobile node by remote terminal web browser, but also can configure data of sensor nodes, examine network topology and analysis network status. So users can understand the running state of Wireless Sensor Networks in the monitoring area by the remote terminal browser, and easily examine distribution position of sensors node so as to can take appropriate measures to adjust sensor nodes’position or add sensor nodes in the future, it guarantees Wireless Sensor Networks to have a better service quality.
