At present, china is facing a serious demographic problem and the number of birth defect is increasing year by year. Therefore, the government should carry out public pre-pregnancy check to reduce the incidence of defect. This application also can improve the quality of the population and change the pressure to human resource advantage. The system for pre-pregnancy-check has been developed in December 2010 and also been used by about 100 departments. During the implementation, the number of user is explosive increasing. And the data for the user is becoming very large. Various users have their own kinds of needs. Because of these causes, the current model can not meet trends, according to current technology trends, we decide put our system on clouding computing. After this change, we still can guarantee security of privacy data.Then we can use multi-tenant which has been realized in cloud computing. The system can be configured for the customized needs. Not only can share the existing resources, but also for different regions have configuration settings. In the current cloud computing, there are four isolation models. Considering the demographic characteristics, we decide to use the fourth one in our pre-pregnancy check system. Because of this, our system has follow advantages:the first one is that it has scalability; second, it can meet the needs of large customers; third, no matter how many users, it can be the same as for individual users to facilitate the implementation of the application changes.Therefore, based on the forth model of isolation, I design a isolation controller to control the multi-tenants’ visit and protect their own privacy data. It includes three parts:the first is the business logic cluster; the second is metadata backup and save; the third is customized management engine. The second and the third parts are very important in this paper and I spend a lot to describe them. Components which can be configured and controlled are described by metadata in xml based on dependencies. I use a engine to manage the flexible components. The engine also can identify the role of the visit and give him a selected interface or different system. When the metadata is backup, engine also save the original settings of the different user in case of the user want to roll back last version when he is not satisfy the new version. The isolation controller which the paper proposed is combined many areas of computer science and technology in cloud computing. This design gives a new way and method for the multi-tenant study. Even it provides some power for cloud computing applications in the development. So this research not only has some theoretical value, but also has certain business value. In the future, I will still spend some time to improve the isolation controller.
