As the field of agriculture production and marketing of their products the special nature of e-commerce that has been widely used in various industries of the concept is currently in the agricultural sector has not yet been effectively applied. Characteristics of the agricultural sector for the study of e-commerce platform for promoting e-commerce carried out in the field, to promote sales of agricultural products, ensure product quality, enhance farmers’income, reduce planting costs and risks to a certain extent.The concept of the first major e-commerce and related technologies were introduced, after the design of e-commerce platform for agricultural development needs analysis, then the overall hardware architecture, software architecture design. And then mainly through expansion of components in the form of agricultural insurance to help farmers to choose, plant spread risk, lease agricultural equipment to provide an objective evaluation system to implement the credit system design purposes. Among them, mainly in the business intelligence clustering algorithm is introduced agricultural insurance options, the more well-known online game "Happy Farmer" in the introduction of virtual plant components, and the combination of bar codes, pictures kind of agricultural products for the evaluation of transactions based on credit evaluation system for the use of the system is designed primarily for the realization of the importance of implementation technology. In the design of the whole system more friendly interface selected ZK AJAX framework as the presentation layer, Spring as the business logic layer, Hibernate as the persistence layer. As the basic module using SOA framework, the basic components, other websites and external expansion modules, the system combines the basic framework. That advanced computer technology through the introduction of agricultural e-commerce is a viable, valuable and meaningful.
