Scientific inquiry is not only important content in Scientific Education field, but alsoone of significant learning way. Therefore how to organize investigative teaching becomesthe most concern problem in the view of new curriculum. The development of childrenfrom birth to adulthood repeats the evolution of the human race J.J.Rousseau (June1712-July1778) said. And this assertion is called recapitulation theory. Recapitulation theoryof education is formed on the basis of recapitulation theory. Jean Piaget (August1896-September1980) inspected the formation and development of physical concepts in historyand compared them with children’s learning process of physical concepts, he found thatboth of them undergo four same periods and their processes of construction are very alike.Corresponding to scientific inquiry teaching asks for highlighting the trajectory ofexploration, research paradigm, scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. So scientific inquiryteaching should respect the history of science exploration instead of distorting it.Concept is the foundation of thinking, and thinking is the core of wisdom. The theoryand practice of scientific teaching show that concepts teaching plays a vital role in theformation of children’s physical knowledge structure. Therefore, this research uses themethod of scientific history study and the research technique of concept formation ofpsychology experiment, and compiles experiment material basis on Bouthilet hypothesistest model. This research is aimed at discussing further about the process of conceptformation of high school physics using psychology methods. It turns out that:(1) The keyof students’ science inquiry activity is understanding "paradigms" and mastering themethod;(2) Students’ science inquiry learning activities is similar to human’s activities ofrealizing the scientific world. And this declares that whichever scientific concept orscientific law or principle is directly derived from science, we can also find scientists’ earlyideas about these concepts, laws and principles as well as their thinking path.Based on these reasons, this paper puts forward some suggestions for scienceeducation teaching. Thomas Kuhn(July1922-June1996) believes that the development of science is a cyclic process. It goes through the following stages Pre-science, NormalScience, Abnormal and Crisis, Scientific Revolution, New normal science…… Only if itdevelops unceasingly in circle can it keep on progressing. And students’explore learningprocess happens to go through a cycle as well, prescientific concept, conjecture andhypothesis, standardized concept, new problems and new phenomena, conjecture andhypothesis, new standardized concept…… This cycle is very similar with the developmentof Scientific Revolution. Thus education should be a kind of cycle as well corresponding tothe learning process of students.
