Therefore, in accordance with attribution theory, the implementation of attribution training, and literature, experimental method, questionnaire, logical analysis, a variety of research methods, in order the College Sanda elective teaching for the entry point through the teaching experiment inspection attributed to the feasibility and effectiveness of the training in order to provide a useful attempt to improve college the Sanda teaching mode, improve the quality of the teaching of Sanda, and promote the understanding and acceptance of college students on the traditional sports, to change the physical education teachers and students’ cognitive views and for reference.In this thesis, Hebei University of Engineering students to participate in the Sanda elective subjects, teachers in the experimental classes and control classes teaching experiment. The whole process-related indicators were divided into experimental parameter determination, the experimental process and the index parameters after the experimental determination of the three-part session, then the experimental data obtained were statistically treated.Through research, especially the contrast of the students in the experimental group before and after the experiment data indicators, this paper considers the adoption and implementation of attribution training in the Martial Art Teaching, to improve the cognitive style of thinking of the students, can contribute to the students to form a correct attributionpropensity to form good emotional emotional experience, be able to change the students in failure situation, self-confidence to upgrade and improve, to enhance students’ Sanda academic; to improve the quality of the Martial Art Teaching. Therefore, the future physical education teaching, especially in the the Sanda teaching organization and implementation process, enhance the popularity of attribution training theories and methods and use, with better prospects and value in use.
