Students’ Handbook is an important school file reflecting thefunction of moral administration in secondary vocational schools. Byanalyzing the Students’ Handbook of No.3Vocational High School ofZhangjiagang, Jiangsu, the thesis focuses on the research of thefunction of moral administration in secondary vocational schools, andputs forward to some improvement suggestions with the analysis ofpresent students.Based on the investigation and analysis to vocational schoolstudents, Students’ Handbook and case study, this thesis brings forwardthe following views: with the guidance of control and restriction,thepresent Students’ Book of No.3Vocational High School ofZhangjiagang, Jiangsu does not fully establish the status of the students.There are no obvious measures for moral administration and there aresome rules that are disconnected with the actual situation of thestudents. The evaluation system in Students’ Handbook about moraladministration is not very scientific and the ways and methods ofimplementing Students’Handbook are relatively simple.The author hopes that the teachers and the school administratorscan deal with the problems appearing in students’ growth as a leaderrather than a law-executor. They can strengthen the science-quality ofthe book with the guidance of promoting students’ healthy growth andpreparing them for bright futures. Students’ Book is not only a bookabout regulation rules but aslo a book involved in the service forstudents’ learning, living and other aspects. We should update theconcept of the book with “guidance, regulation and service”, realize itsscientification reasonally, fairly and legally and improve its validity as anexample teacher or administrator, so as to enhance the moral functionof Students’ Handbook.
