In the basic education curriculum reform in the background, Yantai City Board ofEducation Science Research Institute in2007put forward “harmonious and efficient dialoguephilosophy thinking”.“Efficient dialogue classroom study” applied by the Yantai CityDepartment of education in2008was determined as eleven five key topics by SciencePlanning Office of the declaration. This teaching idea was carried out in Yantai city thecurrent situation of classroom teaching, draw lessons from domestic and internationalexcellent classroom teaching on the basis of research results. It is based on reality, and learnswidely from others’ strong points. It has the significant guiding role for Yantai City Teachers’educational and teaching work.The concept of “Harmonious and efficient thinking dialogue” is to create a harmoniousatmosphere in the classroom between teachers and students. On the premise of fullyinteractive, it causes the thinking between students and students, communication and dialoguebetween teachers and students, examines the efficiency of the classroom, improves students’ability of target3D. This paper focuses on the reality based on basis of clear "harmonious andefficient thinking dialogue" basic connotation. This paper analyzes the teaching concept inYantai high school history classroom, especially in the form of questionnaires in NO.3schoolof Yantai the implementation. This research has some positive points and the deficiencies. Themain body of this paper found the insufficient and analysis of obstacle factors through thequestionnaire method and interview method. The purpose of this paper find a solution, whichcan make the high school history classroom conform to the new curriculum requirements, andhelp students get a better learning experience.The thesis is made up by four parts:The first part is the introduction which is to define the object of this paper and the scopeof the study so that it can clarify the significance of the studies. By researching predecessors’studies, we can identify the contents of this instructive and explore innovation of this paper.The second part is to introduce the environment of “harmonious and efficient thinkingdialogue”, showing the current situation and the trend of development. The activity is beingforeshadows and confrontation for the specific example of Yantai No.3Middle School. The third part is the main part of this article. By the way of questionnaires surveys, theauthor thinks why and efficient “harmonious thinking dialogue” in specific in carrying out,exists in a variety of disorders, and find the improved method.The fourth part is the conclusion. It presents a reflection based on the former analysis.This article expounds why “harmonious and efficient thinking dialogue” has all sorts ofobstacles in the implementation of. The author puts forward some solutions and suggestionsto solve the existing problems.
