The Democratic Parties To Participate In The Public Decision Making Problems Research

Public decision-making is a decision-making activity that public decision-makersallocate public resources effectively to realize the biggest and the most reasonable publicinterests. Its essence is effective configuration of social resources and a new analysis ofsocial value. Therefore, it is very important for people’s public interests’ maintenance torealize the legitimacy of public-making decision and promote the process of scientific anddemocratic public decision-making.The paper, starting from the basic concept of public decision-making, analyzes themain body of public decision-making and proposes the concept that the democratic partiesis the special public decision-makers. The democratic parties participating in publicdecision-making is the institutional participation. It has the constitutional protection andconcrete system arrangements.
