Since the reform and opening of China, our economy is advancing. However, accompanied by economic development, the problem of corruption is also gradually increasing, which has been the serious problem of society. Since the third Plenary session of the11th central committee of the Communist Party of China decided to reconstitute the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, China have developed a powerful team. The disciplinary inspection institution has strong superintendence, and plays a very important role in the government’s construction. As the power of the grassroots, the disciplinary inspection commission of county directly serves the people. It is the authority and the grass-roots people’s ties. Therefore, only supervise the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs very good, we can solve the corruption problem thoroughly.However, because of the invalid supervision of the disciplinary inspection institution recently years, many leaders of the disciplinary inspection institution break the laws and disciplines. And the corruption problem is more seriously in the disciplinary inspection commission of county. With more power the disciplinary inspection institution has get, the violations of discipline supervision and inspection leading cadres is increasing. The central disciplinary inspection commission has proposed to build the restraining mechanism power. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the situation of our country the status quo and the problem of the disciplinary inspection institution. Finally, we can propose scientific and effective suggestions to solve the problem. However, because our country is in the junior stage of socialist, the supervision system is not perfect. What’ more, the main body and object of supervision cannot play its role, therefore, the supervision to disciplinary inspection commission of county get little effect. It performances in four aspects:the main body of supervision, the body of supervision, the way of supervision and the system of supervision.To these problems, this paper takes the "Case of Peng Jin yong" as example. Next, the paper proposes five suitable and effective advices which include social supervision, hierarchical supervision, supervision by the masses, specialist supervision and system supervision. Finally, through these suggestions, we wish to cogent strengthen the supervision to the disciplinary inspection commission of county, and really realize the reconstruction of harmonious socialist society.
