Therefore the protection of the excellent traditionalethnic art and culture has become an international cultural trends andthe responsibility of governments.Yunnan Province is located in the southwestern border With Yi, Bai,Dai, Wa, Naxi, keno and other26ethnic groups, and15of them areunique.The unique geographical structure and multi-ethnic culturecreated a rich and varied folk dance art, reveals the endless artisticcharm and artless Humanities characteristics, and made the Yunnan ethnicdance to becoming the world’s top ethnic culture and can’t be copied andincomparable art treasures. Although we keep pace with the world andachieved breakthrough success in the “Intangible cultural heritage†andnational art culture in the past few years, but compared to the modernculture and development trends there are still many untimely part in ourculture. For instance, the late start of protection in our country, andthe limitation of ethnic dance that can only rely on onefold teach pattern,that is why we have to explore new ideas and approaches to inherit andprotect the culture of Yunnan ethnic folk dance.This paper tries to seek new ways to solve the contradiction betweenThe traditional types of inheritance and trend of national culturalprotection by the normative dance teaching and systemic curriculum incollages and Universities, thus making the excellent national traditional art pass on forever.
